Quickstart for traders

This guide walks you through buying your first token on Snekfun.

Set up your Turbo wallet

Connect a supported wallet to Snekfun and create your Turbo wallet. See supported wallets →
Make sure your Turbo wallet seed phrase is backed up. This is your only way to recover your funds.

Fund your Turbo wallet

Deposit enough ADA to cover the creation fee. An amount of 15 ADA is recommended to start making transactions.

Find a token

Search a token by name, ticker or description, or browse the token feed on the homepage. You can filter tokens by:
  • Last Bump — last trades on the platform
  • New — recently launched tokens
  • Mcap — tokens sorted by market cap
  • Complete — graduated tokens
Click on any token to open its trading page.

Buy

  1. Open a specific token trading page and select the Buy tab
  2. Enter the amount of ADA you want to spend
  3. Review the estimated amount of tokens you’ll receive
  4. Click Place trade

Sell (when you're ready)

  1. Open a specific token trading page and select the Sell tab
  2. Enter the amount of token you want to sell
  3. Review the estimated amount of ADA you’ll receive
  4. Click Place trade
