Displaying Market Cap on Taptools

Once your token is recognized by Taptools, traders can see:- Live price and market cap
- Price chart and trading history
- Holder distribution
- Volume stats
Step 1 — Verify your token in the Cardano Token Registry
Taptools uses the Cardano Token Registry to display token names and metadata. If you haven’t already, submit your token there first. How to verify your token globally →Step 2 — Your token appears automatically
Once your token has trades on Splash DEX and is registered in the token registry, Taptools picks it up automatically. You don’t need to submit it manually. If your token doesn’t appear after a day or two, check that:- Your token is verified in the Cardano Token Registry
- There has been at least one trade on Splash DEX
- You’re searching by the correct ticker or policy ID
Step 3 — Claim your token page (optional)
Taptools allows project teams to claim their token’s page to add additional details like a description, social links, and a website. To claim your page:- Go to your token’s page on Taptools
- Click Claim project
- Follow the verification steps (usually requires signing a message with your policy key or posting a verification tweet)
Displaying market cap correctly
Market cap on Taptools is calculated as:maxSupply field.
