# Wallet deposits and withdrawals

> How to move funds between your connected wallet and Turbo Wallet

# Wallet deposits and withdrawals

Snekfun uses two wallet layers on the site. Your connected `CIP-30` wallet is the funding wallet. Your Turbo Wallet is the in-app wallet used for trading.

## Wallet roles

| Wallet         | What it is used for                                                          |
| -------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Funding wallet | Your connected `CIP-30` wallet, such as Eternl, Lace, or Vespr               |
| Turbo Wallet   | Your in-app Snekfun wallet for trading, launching, and holding site balances |

## Deposit into Turbo Wallet

  <Step title="Connect your funding wallet">
    Open [snek.fun/wallet](https://www.snek.fun/wallet) and connect your `CIP-30` wallet.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open the Deposit tab">
    Go to the **Deposit** tab in **Wallet**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter the ADA amount">
    Choose how much ADA you want to move into Turbo Wallet.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm the transfer">
    Approve the transaction in your funding wallet. The ADA then appears in your Turbo Wallet balance.

## Withdraw from Turbo Wallet

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the Withdraw tab">
    Go to **Wallet → Withdraw**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose what to withdraw">
    Enter the ADA amount you want to withdraw. You can also choose which tokens to send back out with it.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm the transfer">
    Submit the withdrawal. The funds are sent back to your connected funding wallet.
